Libby is a registered nurse and midwife with over 30 years experience caring for new parents and their babies. She grew up in Hobart and then spent many years living and working interstate and overseas before returning to Hobart in 2002, with two young children. Libby has worked in many states in Australia and in all areas of maternity care. She has a special interest in antenatal education and sleep & settling for babies.

Libby also works at Hobart Private as a Midwife and has her own successful sleep and settling consultancy business. She runs sleep and settling workshops every month for new parents at Hobart Private Hospital. Libby has been helping families in Tasmania with their babies and sleep since 2006. She has a strong belief that we enjoy the challenges of parenting more when we have had a good night’s sleep!

Libby’s partner is Craig, a talented and passionate chef and she has two beautiful children William and Claire. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking the dog, going to the gym (well, not really enjoy), good food and travel.
