Please call the Hobart Private Hospital Delivery suite directly on 03 6214 3383. They will contact your TasWomen obstetrician directly.

Hobart Private Hospital Emergency department?

If you require urgent emergency medical care you can present to the Hobart Private Hospital or Royal Hobart Hospital emergency department. Here you will be seen by one of the emergency physicians. Your treating emergency physician will contact your TasWomen Obstetrician/Gynaecologist as required.

When you are a patient at TasWomen by TasOGS please contact the rooms on 6214 3333 during working hours with any obstetric or gynaecology concern you have. You can leave a message after hours for any non-urgent concerns. A TasWomen’s receptionist will call you back during the next working day.

After hours

If you have any urgent pregnancy or post-operative concerns after hours please contact our call service number provided to you at booking.

This service ensures your message and number is forwarded to the TasWomen on-call Obstetrician/Gynaecologist. A TasWomen’s Obstetrician/Gynaecologist will return your call as soon as possible. If you have any delays with a reply, please attend your local emergency department or call the HPH maternity ward.
